I bought my first stock at 18. I didn't know everything, but I knew the market was how regular people built real wealth — and I wanted in.

Years later, I earned my MBA, worked in banking, and became a securities-licensed stockbroker.

You want to become a buy-and-hold investor — someone who puts money in the market consistently, leaves it alone, and lets compound growth do its job over time.

You want to understand how the market actually works. You want to know how to look at a stock, an ETF, or a mutual fund and understand what you're considering before you buy.

You have an income and want to put it to work. You realized that having a HYSA isn’t enough. You want your money to work harder for you.

You're done waiting until you feel ready. (Spoiler: that feeling doesn't come. You just start.)

You want someone to tell you exactly what to buy. That would be financial advice, and financial advice requires knowing your complete financial picture, your risk tolerance, and your goals. Anyone who promises to hand you a stock list without knowing anything about you is not doing you a favor.

You're interested in options, day trading, swing trading, retirement accounts, or cryptocurrency. This class does not cover any of those strategies.

You don't have at least $50 a month to put toward investing. Markets are volatile in the short term, and selling during a dip locks in your losses. You don't need thousands to start — but you do need enough to buy whole or fractional shares.

Yes, we will cover what factors to look into when choosing stocks or ETFs for your portfolio.
Is this actually beginner-friendly?
Yes, you don't need any prior knowledge to understand the concepts in this class. Whether you are brand new to stocks or already have a brokerage account open, this class will help you gain the knowledge you need to be confident in investing.
Will you tell me what stocks or ETFs to buy?
No. Making specific buy recommendations without knowing your full financial situation would be irresponsible. What you'll leave with is a real understanding of how the market works, so that when you do make decisions, you understand what you're doing.
Do I get replay access?
Yes. You'll have access to the replay for one year.
Do you cover crypto or day trading in this class?
No. I do not trade futures or options.
Will you cover retirement accounts like IRAs and 401(k)s in this class?
No, this class covers investor mindset, stock market fundamentals, and how to get into the market. Retirement accounts are complex due to the tax code, which I could not cover effectively in this class.
Is this only for business owners?
No. Anyone able to open bank and brokerage accounts in the US, with at least $50 per month to invest, can attend.
Is this the right class for me if I already have stocks?
Yes! Even if you already have a brokerage account, you can always learn more. Especially if you bough the stocks not fully understanding what you were hoping to gain or if you’re unsure what to do next.
