The Cashmere Club Terms & Conditions

Welcome to The Cashmere Club (“Club,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing a membership and joining the Club, you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions ensure that our community remains a high-caliber, luxurious, and safe space for all members.

1️⃣ Membership & Eligibility
✔ Membership is by application only. The Club is a vetted, invitation-only community, and acceptance is not guaranteed.
✔ The Cashmere Club is for women and non-men (including cis women and nonbinary persons.)
✔ Members must meet the financial criteria outlined in the application. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and decline applicants who do not align with the Club’s values.
✔ Membership is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, or transfer your membership to another person.
✔ Membership does not grant business opportunities, networking, or direct access to Natalie Bullen. The Club is a friendship-based community, not a coaching or business mastermind.

2️⃣ Membership Fees & Payment Terms
✔ Founding Membership Pricing:

$1,895 Pay in Full
4 Payments of $500 (Total $2,000)
✔ All membership fees are non-refundable.

Due to the exclusive and digital nature of this community, no refunds will be granted once access is provided.
If you choose a payment plan, you are committing to the full amount. Failed payments must be resolved within 7 days to retain access.
✔ Memberships renew annually at the rate in effect at the time of renewal.

Founding Members lock in this rate for their first year. Renewal rates may increase in the future. You will be provided 14 days' notice of upcoming renewal.

3️⃣ Community Conduct & Code of Ethics
✔ By joining, you agree to uphold the Community Agreement.
✔ Zero tolerance for:

Hate speech, racism, transphobia, homophobia, misogyny, classism, or disrespectful behavior.
Misgendering other members. If corrected, respect the correction.
Political debates or divisive discourse.
Sales pitches, lead generation, business prospecting, or networking solicitation.
✔ Confidentiality is required. What happens in The Cashmere Club stays in The Cashmere Club.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the community with no refund.

4️⃣ Membership Benefits & Expectations
✔ The Cashmere Club provides:

A private, vetted online space for connection and friendship.
Monthly virtual mixers and facilitated conversations.
Peer-led pods & in-person meetups (location-dependent).
Optional in-person retreats at an additional cost.

✔ What The Cashmere Club is NOT:
❌ A coaching program. (If you need coaching, check out Birthright or New Money.)
❌ A mastermind, business accelerator, or networking group.
❌ A 1:1 or direct access offer with Natalie Bullen.

✔ Pods & community engagement are self-sustaining.

Your experience is what you make of it.
We facilitate introductions and hold mixers, but building connections is up to you.

5️⃣ Termination & Removal
✔ The Club reserves the right to remove members at any time for violations of the Community Agreement or these Terms & Conditions.
✔ If removed, you will receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining term of your membership.
✔ Membership can be voluntarily canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused time.

6️⃣ Intellectual Property & Privacy
✔ All content inside the Club is proprietary and confidential.

You may not screenshot, record, or share member conversations outside the Club.
✔ Natalie Bullen and Unapologetic Wealth LLC retain rights to all content created for The Cashmere Club.
7️⃣ Disclaimers & Legal Considerations
✔ The Cashmere Club is a social community, not a professional advisory service.

Any financial, business, or personal discussions that occur inside the Club are not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.
✔ You assume full responsibility for your choices and interactions within the Club.
8️⃣ Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a membership and joining The Cashmere Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
